Ramo Worsted Weight yarn is composed of 70% Canadian Rambouillet wool and 30% of our homegrown mohair (Angora goat). It is a lofty yarn with a gentle sheen and short halo.
Soft enough to be worn against the skin, Ramo worsted can be used to create indoor/outdoor cardigans and pullovers as well as medium-weight knitted, crocheted, and woven garments and accessories. This yarn is undyed and therefore naturally uneven in colour. If you wish to avoid a patched effect in your large projects, we suggest alternating hanks as you work.
