Romney Bulky is a softly spun Lopi-style yarn that is lustrous and rustic. This is a breed-specific yarn composed of pure Romney wool grown at Disdero Ranch. Because of its airy and light-weight characteristics, we suggest using large needles and a light hand to knit, crochet, or felt toasty slippers, toques, and mittens.
Blankets and sweaters knit up with Romney Bulky are light, cozy, and easy to hand wash. Our Romney yarn is naturally uneven in colour. If you wish to avoid a patched effect in your large projects, we suggest alternating hanks as you work.
